Davin Tan

Davin Tan is an experienced operations and financial services professional with a strong track record of delivering operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and business transformation across Australia’s investment management and wealth management industry. As Head of Operations at Infinity, he leads the operational strategy supporting investment platforms, separately managed accounts (SMAs), managed discretionary accounts (MDAs), and broader investment operations.

With expertise spanning operational leadership, governance, process optimisation, technology implementation, and regulatory compliance, Davin has successfully led complex business initiatives that improve efficiency, strengthen risk management, and enhance client outcomes. He is passionate about building scalable operating models, streamlining business processes, and fostering collaboration across operations, technology, compliance, and investment teams.

Known for his practical, solutions-focused approach, Davin combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver meaningful business outcomes in an evolving regulatory environment. He is committed to continuous improvement, operational innovation, and creating sustainable frameworks that support long-term organisational growth while maintaining exceptional service standards for advisers, investors, and business partners. He holds dual Bachelor of Business degrees from Monash University and is RG146 compliant in financial services and managed investments.

Andrew Devonport

Andrew is Head of Product at Infinity, responsible for the development and management of the firm’s investment products and solutions.

With more than eight years of experience in financial services, Andrew has held roles across financial advice, fund accounting and investment operations, relationship management, and product management. Prior to joining Infinity, he worked with NAB/MLC, Bennelong Funds Management, and Link Group.

Andrew works across product strategy, governance, platform implementation, and operational delivery, supporting the development and ongoing management of Infinity’s investment solutions.

Outside of work, Andrew is Treasurer and Director of the Australian Boys Choral Institute, and has a passion for cooking and golf.

Melissa Goodman

Melissa leads the Private Portfolios team, delivering investment management services for wholesale clients through Individually Managed Account (IMA) structures. In this role, she combines strategic oversight with tailored portfolio construction to meet the complex and evolving needs of clients. Prior to this position, Melissa was a Private Portfolio Manager within the team, where she developed deep expertise in investment strategy and client portfolio management.
She is passionate about partnering with individuals and families to help them achieve their financial goals and live the life they choose. Melissa began her career as a financial adviser over a decade ago before transitioning into investment advice upon joining Viridian Financial Group.
Her expertise lies in building strong client relationships and delivering tailored investment solutions aligned with each client’s unique aspirations and circumstances. She is committed to empowering clients with the confidence and clarity needed to make informed financial decisions.
Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science, a Masters of Financial Planning and is an Accredited Derivatives Adviser (ADA).
Beyond her client work, Melissa is a strong advocate for improving financial literacy, particularly for women. She believes finance professionals have a responsibility to create a positive impact in the community, and that education is a powerful first step toward greater financial independence.
Since joining Viridian, Melissa has founded Pave the Way, a financial literacy initiative designed to support and empower women through education and practical guidance.

Chris Reynolds, CFA

Chris is Infinity’s Head of Research and a Portfolio Manager of the Infinity Private Assets Fund (IPAF), with more than eight years of investing and financial markets experience. He leads Infinity’s investment research platform across Multi Asset and Private Assets. He is also actively involved in Infinity’s macroeconomic and financial markets research, fund manager research, fundamental analysis of Infinity’s private co-investments, as well as being co-portfolio manager of the Infinity Private Assets Fund.

Chris was previously a Senior Analyst within Infinity’s diversified multi-asset and private asset investment teams. Prior to joining Infinity, he worked as an Associate Portfolio Manager for Viridian Portfolio Management, a division of Viridian Financial Group, where he supported portfolio management and trading activity for a specialist Australian equities strategy and served as a member of the VPM Investment Committee.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne, majoring in Finance and Economics, and is a CFA® charterholder.

Henry Wright, CFA

Henry leads the Infinity Portfolio Management team, which implements an investment management service for wholesale clients under an Individually Managed Account (IMA) structure.

He has been in this role for over six years. Prior to this, he served as a Portfolio Manager within the team and began his career in finance at Westpac in 2011.

Education: Bachelor of Science (Mathematics), University of Melbourne; CFA charterholder.

Dominic Mlcek

Dominic Mlcek is a Portfolio Manager at Infinity with more than 20 years of experience in Australian equities. Since joining Infinity in 2018, he has been responsible for managing the Infinity Core Australian Equity Portfolio and plays a key role in the firm’s fundamental research process, analysing ASX-listed companies and identifying investment opportunities across the market. Dominic is also a member of the investment committees for the Infinity Diversified Multi Asset and SMID Australian Equity Portfolios, contributing to portfolio construction, investment strategy and risk management across the broader investment platform.

Prior to joining Infinity, Dominic was a Senior Equity Analyst and Portfolio Analyst at BT Financial Group, where he assisted in the management of an $8 billion Australian multi-manager equity portfolio and evaluated a wide range of Australian equity investment strategies. He also established and maintained coverage of ASX-listed companies across various sectors and industries, producing investment research and recommendations that supported the management of a retail equity portfolio of approximately $800 million. His experience spans portfolio management, stock analysis, manager research and fundamental company assessment across the Australian equity market. Dominic studied a Bachelor of Science at The University of Sydney.

Igor Kolevski

Igor brings over 18 years of experience in sales, relationship management, product development, and client service within financial services. His career includes leadership roles at Praemium, National Australia Bank, AMP Capital, and Commonwealth Bank.

Prior to joining Infinity, Igor was Director of Distribution (National) at abrdn/SG Hiscock, where he led distribution strategies for SMA model managers and private wealth groups.

Igor works alongside Head of Distribution Con Koromilas to lead initiatives aimed at strengthening Infinity’s managed accounts offering, particularly in the independent financial adviser (IFA) market.

Con Koromilas

Con is Head of Distribution for Infinity, with 30 years of distribution experience in asset management. He is responsible for developing distribution strategy and leading client engagement for the ICS suite of solutions, supporting both the Viridian Advisory network and the broader external adviser market.

Prior to joining Infinity, Con was Head of Wholesale – Australia at abrdn, where he led a team distributing abrdn’s investment capabilities into the Australian market. In that role he developed and launched the firm’s first listed solution on the ASX and delivered a series of managed account solutions across equities and multi-asset for private clients.

Gary Riordan

Gary Riordan was appointed General Counsel at Viridian Financial Group in 2021, Gary also undertakes the role of Company Secretary to Viridian Financial Group Ltd. Gary brings extensive financial services, trustee and governance experience, with over 30-years in professional services including ASX Board governance.

Commencing his legal career in 1983, Gary joined IOOF Group Holdings Ltd in 2006 where he was Group General Counsel until February 2020.

Gary is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is passionate about philanthropy and NFP work.

Gary has been a Director of Child Labour Schools Limited since its inception in 2002 and was General Manager of AET Private Client Services during which time AET acted as a trustee for over 100 charitable trusts and community grant programs.

Gary holds a Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University and is a member of the Association of Corporate Counsel. Gary has also completed executive programs at London Business School in leadership and strategy.

Todd Clifford

Todd is the General Manager of Infinity, where he oversees the firm’s strategic direction and works with the heads of each division to implement the ICS strategy. He has extensive experience across all aspects of financial advice and investment management, and is passionate about building solutions that meet the needs of the industry and its clients.

Previously, Todd managed the self-employed adviser community at Viridian Select, overseeing AFSL licensing and related obligations for advisers and their practices. He also served as an Executive Adviser at Viridian Advisory, where he developed and implemented complex financial strategies for clients from diverse backgrounds.

Before joining Viridian, Todd founded and operated Zest Wealth Advisers for 15 years. The firm operated across three states and provided personalised financial advice to over 800 clients. Todd merged the business into Viridian Advisory in 2017.
