David Gormanns

David has over a decade of experience in financial services. He has been with the Viridian group since its inception in 2015, following earlier roles with Westpac Private.

As a Private Portfolio Manager within Infinity Private Portfolios, David provides portfolio construction advice and ongoing investment management to private family groups and philanthropic organisations. He played a central role in building the business into a national platform, which now advises on over $1.5 billion in client funds. His investment philosophy places the client at the centre of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary approach to wealth management.

As Strategy Director for Viridian Private, David leads the development of services focused on intergenerational wealth, succession, and family engagement. He works closely with advisers and high-net-worth families navigating complex wealth transitions, with a strong emphasis on next-generation education and long-term stewardship.

David is also an active mentor to emerging professionals and contributes to the work of the Viridian Foundation.
